LATE PAYMENT POLICY

THE FOLLOWING POLICY IS IN EFFECT AS PERTAINS TO DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS

If an account is unpaid after the 10th of the month, a letter will be mailed reminding parents of the need to take care of their financial commitment to the school.  In addition, a $10.00 late payment charge will be made to the delinquent account.  If the account remains delinquent by the 25th of the same month, a second notice will be mailed.  If the payment has not been made before the next month's due date, and if the parents have failed to take the initiative to contact the administration to work out alternative payment arrangements, that family's child or children will not be permitted to attend school until the parents have resolved their account with the administration.

In the event a student withdraws from RCA with a delinquent unpaid balance, no records or report cards will be released until the account is paid in full.

As always, the school will do all possible to work with those families who may experience financial difficulties.  Please contact the school if help is needed.
